The bad thing about it is that secondary smoking is unintentional. I cannot understand how smokers are irresponsible enough to endanger the lives of non-smokers by smoking in public places, especially closed ones like restaurants and bars. People should be responsible to smoke outside if they want to smoke, and that way they would not be putting other people's lives at risks. If they want to risk their life by smoking, they should be informed by Governments of the consequences, which ultimately the public pays for through their taxes.
